Brenda has had extensive experience in dealing with local and Federal agencies through her work as an Asset Manager for the Philadelphia Housing Authority where she was responsible for daily operations as well as the financial and subcontracting aspects of her areas of responsibility. She completed her degree programs at Holy Family University and Strayer University, achieving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Marketing and a Master of Business Administration, respectively. After a short time off to be with her young children, she had launched ATD in 2014, in furtherance of her long-held dream of having her own company.
Brenda is persistent and goal oriented with comprehensive experience in diverse aspects of the Real Estate Construction & Service Industry. She has a proven track record in the ability to identify issues through effective communication and negotiation skills to reach desired resolution in asset management, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. She has successfully lead multiple transactions working with a cross functional team to achieve defined goals.
Like her fellow "Philadelphians", Brenda knows the importance of hard work. Brenda and her husband were both born and raised in a working class neighborhood in Philadelphia. They have both supported each other in reaching their dreams since the age of 16. Today, Brenda's husband works by her side leading the field construction and service divisions serving the Greater Philadelphia area. Brenda is also a proud mother of two wonderful boys. She has built up everything she has with her hard work, experience and determination. She hopes to do the same for all her clients - helping them grow their business through the ATD partnership.
